Depending on the nature of your application or loan, we may collect personal information from, or disclose personal information to, these organisations to assess your application, administer your loan, meet our legal obligations and provide ongoing services.

AFD only collects, uses and discloses personal information where authorised by you, permitted or required by law, or where necessary to provide our products and services.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that organisations handling personal information on our behalf protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and any contractual obligations that apply.
