These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Auto Finance Direct promotional offer made exclusively to selected customers as described below. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility

This offer is available only to Auto Finance Direct customers who:
- Have recently paid off their vehicle loan with Auto Finance Direct; and
- Have received this promotional email directly from Auto Finance Direct.
Offer is not transferable and is strictly limited to the intended recipient of the promotional email.

2. Promotional Offer Details

Interest Rate: Eligible customers who apply for a new vehicle loan before October 31, 2025 will be offered a 9.95% p.a. interest rate, subject to credit assessment and approval under the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCCFA).
$500 Prezzy Card: The first five (5) eligible customers who apply, are approved, and complete the full funding and settlement process for a new vehicle loan by October 31, 2025 will each receive one (1) $500 Prezzy Card.

3. Conditions for the $500 Prezzy Card

To qualify for the $500 Prezzy Card, the customer must:
1. Apply for a new vehicle loan by October 31, 2025.
2. Successfully pass credit assessment and be approved.
3. Complete full funding and settlement of the vehicle loan by October 31, 2025.
4. Ensure the loan has not fallen into default or arrears prior to the card being issued.
5. Ensure the loan contract has not been cancelled before the card is issued.
The $500 Prezzy Card will be issued within two (2) months of loan funding completion, provided all eligibility criteria continue to be met.
Limit of one (1) Prezzy Card per eligible customer under this offer.
The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will close when five (5) eligible customers have qualified or by October 31, 2025, whichever occurs first.

4. Lending Criteria & Fees

Loan applications are subject to standard lending criteria, credit assessment, and responsible lending obligations under the CCCFA and the Responsible Lending Code.
Additional fees and charges, including but not limited to establishment fees and account maintenance fees, may apply. Full disclosure of all applicable rates, fees, and charges will be provided prior to entering into any credit agreement.
Nothing in this offer guarantees loan approval.

5. General Terms

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts unless expressly stated.
Auto Finance Direct reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time, subject to applicable laws.
Auto Finance Direct accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or expired Prezzy Cards once issued. Prezzy Cards are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the card issuer.
Any dispute regarding eligibility or fulfilment of the offer will be resolved by Auto Finance Direct in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and in compliance with applicable laws.

6. Compliance

Auto Finance Direct complies with the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCCFA), the Responsible Lending Code, and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Full disclosure of loan terms will be provided in accordance with applicable legislation before any credit contract is entered into.
